Centrally located. Clean and warm rooms. Room service is superb. TV wasn't working which made my kids Lil sad.

Hotel location and balcony room is at awesome , we stayed there for 3 days there services were also great , good behaviour of staff.. , great discount given by them Food was also awesome but , as i m from delhi i need food more spicy 🌶️ please do something for our type of foodie customers although food was delicious…. Thank you so much for such great experience 🥰😍

Very good location, clean and organised rooms. Room service was very good. Staff also very good, view was very beautiful from the rooms balcony .

Hotel location is great as it’s just at the beginning of Mall Road. Rooms are specious, separate bed for child and having a great view from the balcony. Rooms are not properly maintained. Food is less than expensive and of average taste. Staff is very good and polite. Quite expensive with regards to current room conditions. Stay won’t give you a luxury feel.
